VISUAL CONTROL MACHINE B3-VRK/5

This subject links: Mineral water, beer, soft drinks bottling lines: - 500 bottles/h; - 1 500 bottles/h; - 3 000 bottles/h; - 6 000 bottles/h. The machine is developed for food liquids bottling lines, namely, for visual control of food liquids in the upside-down inverted continuously moving glass or PET bottles, in order to detect foreign particles, control of bottles safety and their closures quality.
Bottles rejection onto the burned-out bottles line is made by operator by means of a special button, placed in the bearer. The driving gear is from the electric motor. The machine is complete with a table with funnels to wash away the product out from burned-out bottles at a separate price. The supply also includes a conveyer for burned-out bottles rejection. The machine structure provides change over for any bottle with capacity from 0,33 l to 1,0 l (glass) and PET 1,5 l. By separate request it is possible to arrange change over for practically any bottle with capacity from 0,25 l to 2,0 l (glass and PET).
